The XD series conical twin-screw extruder is a specialized equipment suitable
for extruding and forming various PVC powders. Equipped with different molds and
auxiliary machines, it can produce various types of PVC plastic pipes, profiles,
plates, sheets, rods, and granules. The screw is cooled by an oil cooling
system. The machine adopts a special air cooling system for cooling. The system
is controlled by a dedicated computer. According to different formula
requirements of users, the most reasonable screw structure is formulated to
achieve the best plasticization state and logistics quality. All screws are
processed using high-precision specialized CNC screw milling machines, ensuring
high consistency in the output performance of each similar equipment. Leading
the way in introducing the most advanced international variable pitch and
variable depth screw design technology, making the cutting and compression of
logistics in the screw softer and closer to actual needs. The distribution box
is specially designed with an extra large thrust bearing. The bearing is
imported with original equipment, which has a high transmission life and can
withstand greater extrusion pressure. The electrical system maximizes the use of
imported components and has multiple fault alarm functions, with few faults and
easy troubleshooting. The cooling system has a special design, with an extra
large heat dissipation area, rapid cooling, and a temperature control accuracy
of up to+1 ℃.
