Differential Transformer Displacement Sensors (LVDTs) can be widely used in various industries of the national economy, such as aerospace, machinery, construction, textiles, railways, coal, metallurgy, plastics, chemical engineering, and research institutions, to measure linear displacement, elongation, vibration, object thickness, expansion, etc. The product has the characteristics of no sliding contacts, long service life, safety and reliability.
LVDT has excellent performance and is powered by a convenient single power supply of 9-28V DC. The electronic circuit is sealed in a stainless steel metal tube and can work in harsh environments such as humidity and dust. It outputs standard 0-5V voltage signals, 4-20mA current signals, RS485 digital signal outputs, etc.
LVDT displacement sensors come in three basic types: split type, rebound type, and pneumatic type, and can be customized according to customer requirements. The measuring range of the split LVDT is 0-500mm, waterproof, dustproof, and has good dynamic characteristics; The measuring stroke range of rebound LVDT is 0~100mm, and the contact probe is made of wear-resistant chrome plated hard tool steel. The measuring stroke range of pneumatic LVDT is 0~15mm, and the working pressure is 0.15~0.7MPa.
