Global delivery experience is easy to claim and worth testing specifically, because what a buyer actually needs is not a list of countries but evidence that the paperwork, the packing and the after-sales chain worked in the country they are shipping to. Frequency Is Not a Detail

Neighbouring markets differ, and a model selected for one does not transfer to the other. MPMC’s published range covers both: a Philippine mining project is listed at 1,575 kVA prime on a Cummins KTA50-G9 with a Stamford S6L1D-H4 at 480 V and 60 Hz, while an Indonesian island station is listed at 21.6 MW on Cummins KTA50-GS8 engines at 50 Hz.

For 60 Hz territories MPMC publishes dedicated configurations at 1,800 rpm, including the MCLS1260(S)-2 at 1,375 kVA prime on a Cummins KTA50-G3, the MCLS1500(S)-2 at 1,600 kVA on a KTA50-G9 and the MCLS2000(S)-2 at 2,281.25 kVA on a QSK60-G7, each with Leroy-Somer alternators. Because these are engineered for 60 Hz rather than derived from the 50 Hz models, prime ratings differ rather than simply scaling, so confirming frequency, voltage and the applicable rating per destination is what secures the correct unit.

The 60 Hz record runs to substantial scale. MPMC lists a 36 MW data centre backup project in the United States and a 6.9 MW Mexican stadium installation at 1,375 kVA × 5 units on Cummins KTA50-G3 engines with Leroy-Somer LSA 50.2 M6 alternators at 60 Hz and 440 V with C-5 coating, alongside the Philippine mining project at 480 V. A methanol distributed power station is also listed at 400 kVA / 280 kW, 600 V / 346 V and 60 Hz.

Documented Deliveries by Region

MPMC’s published record spans several regions at scale: 33.5 MW of rental construction power in Saudi Arabia, 21.6 MW at an Indonesian island power station, 10.28 MW offshore in Brazil, 6.9 MW for a Mexican stadium, 6.8 MW at an Iraqi oilfield lease, 6 MW across four Kenyan microgrid sites, 5.2 MW for Australian mining, 4 MW at a New Zealand hospital, 3.793 MW for Peruvian mining, 2.4 MW of municipal backup in Libya and 1.2 MW in Côte d’Ivoire.

European and Gulf storage deliveries are also listed, including 8 MWh installations in Hungary and the Netherlands and a 12 MW UAE data centre project. These entries establish the class and geography of work delivered rather than a guarantee for a different scope.

Handling at Each Transfer

A containerised set travels as standard freight, which is what makes multi-leg delivery practical. The constraint to check early is what the destination can receive: port or site lifting capacity, road width between delivery point and position, and ground bearing where the unit will stand.

Where those limits bite, several smaller units are the workable answer even at a higher cost per kilowatt. On island and archipelago deliveries each additional transfer is a handling risk, so lifting points, weights and the packaging specification should be confirmed in the technical offer rather than assumed.

Manufacturing and Test Basis Behind the Shipments

MPMC’s Haimen facility in Jiangsu is described as a 22,000 m² workshop with a 4,000 m² office area, end-to-end CNC machining, fabrication and testing capability and a CNAS-accredited testing centre, operating with integrated CRM, ERP, PLM, MES and OA systems. A second base at Yangzhong is listed with a USD 27 million investment, a 19,000 m² workshop and a 3,300 m² research centre producing containerised storage and ODM LFP battery packs.

Published testing covers load steps at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% before shipment across five power-section rooms including a constant-temperature room simulating 40°C and 50°C. The document with commercial weight on any single shipment remains the factory acceptance test report for that serial number.

After-Sales Is Where Global Experience Is Tested

MPMC’s published after-sales model routes engine and alternator support through those manufacturers’ global service networks, with its own obligation covering manufacturing quality and parts replacement during the warranty period of 1 year or 1,000 operating hours for the diesel genset series. Labour, travel and airfreight are normally excluded unless agreed in the contract.

The practical consequence is that engine brand selection should follow the destination country’s service map rather than head-office preference, because the response a buyer receives depends on the engine maker’s authorised network rather than on the packager. Identifying the nearest authorised centre and its response time before award is more useful than comparing country counts.

Lead Time and Commercial Terms

MPMC states that lead times for both standard and customised products are confirmed per order against configuration and current production scheduling, and that pricing is quoted individually against specification, quantity, destination and project requirements. Sales run through direct channels to end customers, EPC contractors and project owners, and through distributor and agent networks across Asia, Africa, Oceania, the Americas and Europe.

That structure means the commercial questions have to be asked explicitly. Delivery date, shipping sequence for multi-unit orders and the notice period for specification changes all belong in the first commercial conversation rather than being inferred.
