ZJ/ZJP Series Roots Vacuum Pumps
The ZJ series Roots vacuum pump is a positive displacement vacuum pump, also known as a mechanical booster pump.
I. Product Description and Main Applications:
The ZJ series Roots vacuum pump is a positive displacement vacuum pump, also
known as a mechanical booster pump. It is one of the primary vacuum pumps
currently used to achieve medium and high vacuum levels. Its operating principle
is similar to that of a Roots blower, utilizing two figure-eight rotors that
rotate synchronously within the pump housing to complete the suction and exhaust
processes.
The ZJ series Roots vacuum pump's greatest advantage is its high pumping rate
at low inlet pressures and its ability to achieve a relatively high ultimate
vacuum. Because the pump's main components, such as the pump housing, rotor, and
end cap, are free of relative motion and contact, the pump offers stable
performance, a long service life, and minimal maintenance. Currently, this pump
is widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum welding, vacuum casting, vacuum
spraying, vacuum drying, vacuum dynamic testing, chemical and pharmaceutical
processing, and electrical vacuum device manufacturing, all within the vacuum
range achievable by this type of pump. To address processes in the chemical and
pharmaceutical industries that require the extraction of large quantities of
water vapor and solvents, our company has improved the sealing structure between
the pump chamber and the bearing cavity of the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump. This
significantly reduces the emulsification of pump oil in the bearing and gear
cavities, making the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump more suitable for use with
water ring vacuum pumps to extract large quantities of water vapor and
solvents.
