JWZ-BM30DN-C Blow Molding Machine is suitable for large-scale production of
15-30L different size Chemical packaging jerrycan.
We equip with post-cooling device in order to improve the efficiency and
shorten the time for bottle forming, so the quality has been guaranteed. In
order to meet different demands of the customer, all the dieheads are designed
by modern three dimensional designing softwares ,we also can equip with other
downstream equipment, so that auto-deflashing ,conveying and packaging can be
achieved.

â–ª Adopt continuous type die head,up-blowing structure,convenient for product
auto-deflashing on-line, scrap conveying on line,finished product leak testing
on line, conveying,packing, etc.,reducing the working cost and increasing the
production ratio.
â–ª Adopt toggle type platen structure, have the advantages of uniform-clamping,
big clamp force, assembling large mould, easier dismounting& assembling the
mould.
â–ª Optional multi-layer co-extrusion system.

â–ª Optional hydraulic servo control system.
