Laminated busbar is a connection bar with a multi-layer composite structure. Compared to the traditional complex wiring methods used, laminated busbar provides a highly technical and easily designed distribution system with a clear structure. It is characterized by repeatable electrical performance, low inductive impedance, high interference immunity and high reliability, and can therefore used as an electrical connection component for some high-power modules.
· Adopting integrated bending technology, the copper pillars at the IGBT contact are universal on both sides; solid insulation sealing, and the hole is filled with insulating materials to enhance the insulation performance; the IGBT adopts a notch design to enhance the installation characteristics and reduce the contact resistance
